About the role

- Independently advise clients on complex tax matters
- Support on demanding tax-related special topics
- Gradually take responsibility for own client engagements
- Develop toward partnership in close coordination with the existing partners
- Lead and organize client mandates
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership and develop staff
- Contribute to the strategic development of the firm
- Maintain and expand long-term client relationships, especially with key clients
- Participate in firm management (e.g., budget planning, resource allocation, efficiency optimization)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with auditors and attorneys
Requirements
- Degree in economics/business administration with a focus on tax law or a comparable qualification
- Successful completion of the tax advisor (Steuerberater) examination
- Several years of professional experience in tax advisory, ideally in a firm
- Solid knowledge of national and international tax law
- Experience serving demanding clients
- Preferably initial leadership experience and experience organizing firm processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Strong communication skills and client orientation
- Excellent German language skills
