Responsibilities
Implementation Ownership: Manage the customer implementation workstream from end to end, including successful build out, launch, and ongoing maintenance of customer-wide implementations and reporting functions
Customer Impact & ROI Guidance: Work directly with external teams and Artera’s team to develop innovative patient communication solutions that directly impact members and patient outcomes
Clear & Timely Communication: Be a subject matter expert on the Artera platform
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Artera’s Product and technical teams to ensure that Artera delivers a world-class client experience
Requirements
Education: BA or BS from an accredited 4-year university (or equivalent work experience)
Project/Program Management Experience: 6+ years experience in project/program management, preferably in Healthcare SaaS operations
Healthcare Data Expertise: 6+ years experience with healthcare data, such as claims, electronic health records and/or patient-reported data
Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Self-motivated, driven individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to Thrive in Fast-Paced Environments: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple projects at once
