About the role
- NetSuite Senior Consultant driving implementation projects at Armanino, enhancing client operations through tailored solutions and training.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, leading requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver tailored business solutions that advance operational and financial goals.
- Define, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for NetSuite modules and customizations, ensuring alignment with ERP best practices.
- Design and implement system integrations, customizations, and workflow automations to streamline and scale business operations.
- Enable client end users and internal team members through training, knowledge transfer, and hands-on support with NetSuite functionality.
- Stay ahead of new features, product updates, and industry best practices to recommend proactive system enhancements.
- Contribute to internal practice growth by building solution accelerators, reusable assets, and providing pre-sales support when needed.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders, delivering timely updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including leading and supporting implementations.
- Proficiency with NetSuite BI tools, including Dashboard creation and publishing, Saved Searches, and Reports, Financial Reports, and Suite Analytics
- Experience with NetSuite add-on features such as ARM, RF-SMART, Concur, and DocuSign and others.
- NetSuite certifications, such as, SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite ERP Consultant certifications.
- Strong functional understanding of financial processes and operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with up to 50% in-office or client-site presence.
