Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
Lead integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital, print, social media, and PR channels
Articulate with Human Relations department for internal communications management
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, content creation, and promotional materials
Drive brand awareness and positioning strategies to improve market share and brand equity
Lead digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
Optimize digital channels to enhance lead generation and customer engagement
Utilize analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve digital marketing efforts
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and return on investment (ROI)
Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and initiatives
Present marketing plans and performance reports to senior leadership
Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors
Analyze campaign performance and utilize insights to make data-driven decisions
Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
