Customer Service Representative serving as liaison between customers and Ardent Mills. Managing orders, resolving incidents, and strengthening customer relationships in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the key liaison between Ardent Mills’ external customers and internal stakeholders
Responsible for managing and maintaining strong customer relationships as the primary point of contact for an assigned customer base
Act as the voice of the customer back to the business
Order Management/ Fulfillment: Responsible for accurate order entry, contract application, and price confirmation management
Customer Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the customer and all internal Ardent Mills functions
Create and foster positive customer relationships through daily/weekly interaction and timely and professional service
Work to resolve customer incidents, collaborating with all parties to make decisions that are best for all involved
Track and communicate changes in short term customer demand and escalate as appropriate to ensure proactive customer needs are met.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years customer service experience
Customer service experience including order entry and customer relationship management
SAP, Microsoft GP or other ERP software working knowledge
Logistics and/or Transportation experience
The ability to delve into details and problem solve
The ability to balance competing priorities with the skills to successfully multi-task in fast paced environment
The ability to deliver accurate results in an efficient manner
Willingness to lead by example, help drive team engagement and influence others positively
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills to include; Outlook, Excel, & Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual; Spanish preferred but not necessary
Must be available to work after hours coverage on a periodic basis during evenings and weekends in addition to your usual schedule.
