- Advocate for continuous evolution of processes for candidate and employee experiences
- Create new ideas to improve recruitment processes
- Collaborate with global recruiters to attract and select top candidates
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in fast-paced work environment (retail, hospitality, food & beverage)
- Master with LinkedIn Recruiter and ideally worked with Lever
- Excellent command of the English and Japanese language
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable work ethic
- Firm supporter of diversity in the workplace
- Team player, able to collaborate effectively with various teams
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- Passion for getting outside and living it
