- Je werkt aan het opstellen van strategische adviezen met betrekking tot alle geïntegreerde gebouw gebonden installaties;
- Jouw adviezen omvatten o.a. midden- en laagspanningsinstallaties, verlichting, brandbeveiliging, detectiesystemen en communicatienetwerken, energieopwekking en distributiesystemen, ventilatie-, verwarming- en koelinstallaties;
- Jij bent de belangrijke schakel in het proces om maatschappelijke noodzakelijke onderwerpen waar te maken;
- Je krijgt de vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid, bevoegdheid en ondersteuning om je rol op niveau te bekleden;
- De projecten hebben een multidisciplinair karakter en zijn zowel nationaal als internationaal.
Requirements
- HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau;
- Minimaal 5-10 jaar werkervaring (in advisering) in gebouwgebonden technische installaties;
- Intrinsiek gemotiveerd om te werken aan de verduurzaming van gebouwgebonden installaties;
- Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je komt met passende adequate en innovatieve oplossingen ook als deze niet voor de hand liggen;
- Affiniteit met projectbewaking vanuit een beoogd resultaat en onderliggend projectplan;
- Je bent in staat tactisch, daadkrachtig te handelen, afwijkingen te signaleren en initieert waar nodig corrigerende acties;
- Je hebt oog voor omgevingssensitiviteit;
- Goed op de hoogte van de installatietechnische Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal mondeling en schriftelijk.
