Responsibilities
Overseeing the successful execution of construction projects by managing contracts, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

Overseeing the shop drawing review process, managing documentation flows, and holding contractors accountable for revisions to maintain accuracy.
Requirements
A degree in Engineering or a diploma in Engineering Design, Construction, or Construction Management (or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with 5-10 years of progressive construction experience.
Background in consulting engineering or construction firms, with expertise in multi-discipline design coordination, construction project management, and client liaison.
Familiarity with water/wastewater treatment facility design and construction, along with experience administering various forms of construction contracts, including documentation, change management, and project closeout.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with proven leadership abilities and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
A valid driver’s license is required, and experience with start-up and commissioning of mechanical systems or post-construction warranty services is considered an asset.
