Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external stakeholders.
Prioritize and triage emails, legal portfolios, and time-sensitive requests.
Draft, proofread, and manage legal correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with external counsel, vendors, and internal departments on legal and compliance matters.
Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, and risk-related documentation.
Support licensing, regulatory filings, and compliance tracking.
Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience supporting legal, compliance, or executive-level functions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal or document management systems is a plus.
Ability to make independent decisions and exercise good judgment.
High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
