Responsibilities
Support the German-speaking seller team in identifying and maintaining leads and opportunities
Prepare and maintain sales pipelines in the CRM system
Create and update sales materials, presentations and proposals in German
Research potential customers, market segments and competitors
Assist with customer communication: follow-ups, appointment management, documentation
Support small cross-functional projects between Sales, Pre-Sales and Engineering, e.g. input for solution ideas or technical translations
Requirements
You are enrolled in a degree program in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Initial experience or interest in sales, customer contact or commercial tasks
Internships or part-time jobs are a plus
Very good written and spoken German; good English is an advantage
Resilience and energy: you stay calm and focused during busy periods and proactively look for solutions rather than problems
Self-starter mentality: you like to take initiative, can organize your own work and keep an overview without close supervision
Strong communication skills, enjoyment of active participation, initiative
Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); experience with CRM systems is desirable but not required
