- Ability to present ideas to diverse audiences and communicate across different business levels.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Polish and English language skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work from a satellite office while being responsible for the Polish market.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
