Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Mental Health- Social Worker, Psychology or Counselling are essential
- 2 years + experience within children and family counselling or equivalent
- Graduate membership of a PACFA registered organisation or AASW, APS, ACA or similar
- Case management: Ability to conduct a comprehensive client assessment and develop goals in consultation with the client
- Counselling: Training and clinical experience in working with a variety of ages, and challenging emotional challenges
- Previous demonstrated experience in assessment and counselling
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
- Valid paid Working with Children Check (WWC)
