About the role
- Technical Product Specialist responsible for evolving the Agent Flow platform for an AI startup. Collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional experiences in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing discovery with customers and define the vision and roadmap for Agent Flow
- Conduct technical discovery with customers around automation workflows
- Map gaps versus competitors and prioritize features
- Manage the roadmap for MCP integrations and external APIs
- Create technical documentation, tutorials, and reference architectures
- Work closely with Tech and Design teams to deliver the best product experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, etc.)
- Demonstrable portfolio of automations/agents you have built
- Strong understanding of webhooks, REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, and state machines
- Solid knowledge of LLMs, prompting, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and agentic systems
- Ability to read and debug code (Python/JavaScript)
- Experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Engineer, or Technical PM
