- Develop training materials to support routine and new training programs
- Create supplementary resources for Import 101
- Support internal Learning Management System by assigning materials to new hires
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding instruction and scheduling
- Provide guidance and mentorship to newly hired Import Specialists
- Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring feedback surveys and analyzing performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in a brokerage-related role
- Proven record of helping to train/onboard new colleagues
- Understanding of adult learning principles is preferred
- High school diploma required; certifications/licenses and continuing education preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Familiarity with ActivePresenter, Brainier LMS, Articulate Suite, Canva, and principles of instructional design
