Solution Architect responsible for defining the marketing technology architecture and roadmap at American Family Insurance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing technology capabilities.
Responsibilities
Define and articulate the target state architecture for our marketing technology stack
Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap that outlines the transition from the current state to the target state
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and architectural designs
Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including solution designs, data models, and integration maps
Enforce architectural governance and standards
Conduct a thorough assessment of the current state marketing technology landscape
Create detailed documentation of the current state architecture
Define and drive a consolidated set of data requirements to support all marketing processes and ensure data quality and consistency
Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on architectural decisions and project priorities
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
Requirements
Proven experience in a Solution Architecture or similar role, with of marketing technology.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and data management platforms such as Data360.
Strong understanding of enterprise and systems architecture principles and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to understand and work with data at a detailed level as it is leveraged across end-to-end processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in developing and executing a technology roadmap.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other relevant Salesforce certifications (desired).
Experience with other Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and MuleSoft (desired).
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies (desired).
Experience in a large-scale enterprise environment (desired).
