Responsibilities
Customer service support to retail partners and all brand stores
Own and manage the customer service function for our retail brands
Resolve enquiries, complaints, and issues quickly and professionally
Create, edit, and manage SAP sales orders, returns, and credits.
Consult customers on product related topics via phone or email
Collect orders via email and create sales orders in SAP
Actively manage retail order book / backorders across all brand categories
Support all stakeholders on retail and order book matters
Troubleshoot SAP issues and guide team members through errors.
Provide order book reporting to various stakeholders
Run SAP reports to support decision making and operational visibility
Identify issues, diagnose root causes, and create real time solutions.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience working in a customer service or retail role
Exposure and clear examples of following and executing processes and procedures in various systems
Being solutions led
Excellent knowledge of returns policies
Strong customer interaction skills
Keen to learn about products or understand technical products from previous roles
Passionate about providing support to retail stores and customers.
