Responsibilities
Own the global technology strategy for Sales and Marketing products across EMEA, North America, and India
Manage and align technology teams across EMEA, North America, and India
Use technology to drive strategic decisions with business partners around sales enablement, distribution optimization, and client service innovation
Lead and develop a high-performance team of technology professionals
Influence the refinement of features, processes, and best practices to ensure optimal performance and availability of technologies
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering or other related degree focus
7-10+ years of experience in engineering and integration technology and/or software development
Proven success working with other design engineers and architects teams
Hands-on experience (5-10 years) with the Salesforce CRM ecosystem and SaaS technologies
Proven experience in asset management, especially in distribution, sales, marketing, and client servicing
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
