Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients (small, medium, and large enterprises)
Manage targets and performance/results
Conduct renewal follow-ups
Identify new business opportunities
Lead and facilitate meetings
Interact with internal teams (events and content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
Participate in events, committees, and seminars
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience in customer service and relationship management
Availability to work in a hybrid model – on-site 3x per week
Proactive, curious, and engaged to meet targets and deliver results
Flexible and dynamic when interacting and negotiating with companies across multiple sectors
