Responsibilities
Management and relationship oversight of a B2B client portfolio (small, medium, and large companies)
Management of targets and results
Conduct renewal follow-ups
Identify and map new business opportunities
Lead and facilitate meetings
Collaborate with internal teams (events & content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
Participate in events, committees, and seminars
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in customer service and client relationship management
Availability to work in a hybrid model — in-office 3 days per week
Experience interacting with corporate clients
