- Prospectar, selecionar e fechar novos licenciados;
- Estruturar e acompanhar funil de expansão por região;
- Conduzir onboarding e treinamentos comerciais dos licenciados;
- Garantir execução do playbook comercial;
- Acompanhar performance e indicadores dos parceiros;
- Gerir KPIs como ramp-up, taxa de ativação, ticket médio, churn e tempo de fechamento;
- Atuar no desenvolvimento comercial dos licenciados;
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria em produto e processos;
- Participar do planejamento da estratégia de expansão.
Requirements
- Experiência em expansão comercial;
- Vivência com franquias, licenciamento ou canais indiretos;
- Tranquilidade para gerir KPIs e metas agressivas;
- Aprendizado rápido, com capacidade de testar e validar hipóteses;
- Perfil comercial consultivo;
- Boa comunicação e poder de influência;
- Organização e uso de CRM;
