Responsibilities
Prospectar, selecionar e fechar novos licenciados;
Estruturar e acompanhar funil de expansão por região;
Conduzir onboarding e treinamentos comerciais dos licenciados;
Garantir execução do playbook comercial;
Acompanhar performance e indicadores dos parceiros;
Gerir KPIs como ramp-up, taxa de ativação, ticket médio, churn e tempo de fechamento;
Atuar no desenvolvimento comercial dos licenciados;
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria em produto e processos;
Participar do planejamento da estratégia de expansão.
Requirements
Experiência em expansão comercial;
Vivência com franquias, licenciamento ou canais indiretos;
Tranquilidade para gerir KPIs e metas agressivas;
Aprendizado rápido, com capacidade de testar e validar hipóteses;
Perfil comercial consultivo;
Boa comunicação e poder de influência;
Organização e uso de CRM;
