Responsibilities
Independent responsibility for the commercial asset management of energy park projects and portfolios
Strategic financial and liquidity management of the energy parks/SPVs, including the organization of distributions
Management of financial/key performance indicators and preparation of internal and external reporting
Analysis of operational performance, variance analyses, and development of well-founded recommendations for management
Coordination and interface management with internal departments (project development, technical asset management, commercialization/marketing, finance, legal, etc.)
Management of external partners such as banks, tax advisors, auditors, operations managers, co-shareholders and co-operators
Maintaining relationships with landowners, monitoring contractual obligations, and tracking deadlines for lease agreements
Support for acquisitions, portfolio integrations, and divestments
Contributing to the development and improvement of commercial standards and processes
Requirements
Several years of experience in the commercial management of wind farm companies at SPV level
Strong industry knowledge of wind energy and renewable energies
Proven ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Confident demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical affinity
Business-fluent German and English skills
Willingness to travel occasionally (driver’s license required)
