Responsibilities
Own and communicate the unified product vision across API, event-driven, and TIBCO integration platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise needs
Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization, balancing new capabilities with technical debt, modernization, and lifecycle management
Drive platform-level KPIs (adoption, performance, resiliency, developer experience, operational excellence) and leverage data for decision-making
Provide leadership and coaching to Digital Product Managers, setting standards for backlog management, story refinement, KPI development, and agile practices
Establish governance, best practices, and operating models for integration product management across teams
Apply deep integration domain expertise across APIs, event-driven architectures, messaging, TIBCO platforms, and integration security/governance to design scalable, reusable services
Oversee delivery execution across multiple backlogs, ensuring iterative delivery, platform readiness, quality, compliance, and operational stability
Partner with cross-functional leaders (engineering, security, architecture, business) to align sequencing, acceptance criteria, and value realization
Communicate progress, risks, and strategic direction to senior leadership and key business partners, influencing outcomes and decisions
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management or related fields
Proven experience leading multiple products, teams, or workstreams
Strong background in application integration, API management, eventing, or middleware technologies
