Responsibilities
Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce environment
Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and issue escalation for Salesforce users
Manage system integrity and compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Integrate and manage third-party data feeds and external Salesforce integrations
Maintain Account Engagement as Alliance’s email marketing and prospect nurture platform
Handle core administrative functions, including user account maintenance
Develop and deliver a comprehensive training program
Collaborate with leadership to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions
Support change management by assisting with Salesforce releases
Partner with external Salesforce developers on enhancement projects
Deliver accurate KPI reporting and analytics
Requirements
1-2 years in salesforce administration
Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Account Engagement
Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Flow, Process Builder)
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
