Responsibilities
The primary objective of the Cloud Analyst is to evolve and maintain software products in public or private cloud environments.
Responsible for support and monitoring of resources, security, and billing of Cloud environments;
Size and provision environments and resources for system deployment;
Install, update and provide support for database services, virtual networks, and systems;
Diagnose, resolve, and document issues;
Execute procedures to migrate environments to new architectures;
Monitor and support database systems, servers, virtual machines, networks, virtual networks, and hosted systems;
Guide users, business areas, and support teams regarding information and communication technology-related questions;
Develop proposals for tools and environment models for existing or new products.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field;
Experience in public and/or private cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP);
Knowledge of cloud technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, etc.;
Knowledge of technologies and tools for observability of environments and systems;
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems (administration and troubleshooting);
Cloud cost management and optimization;
Knowledge of security standards and regulations such as Brazil's LGPD and ISO 27001 is a plus;
ITIL or COBIT certification is a plus;
