Responsibilities
Active Sourcing (approx. 50%) You search LinkedIn & Co. for suitable candidates for our open positions.
You are responsible for building and maintaining our talent pools – structured, conscientious and with an eye for detail.
You reach out to promising talent directly and follow up consistently.
You support our team with small reports and make sure no one falls through the cracks.
Candidate management (approx. 50%) You guide our candidates through the application process – from first contact to signed contract.
You listen carefully, take candidates' wishes seriously and make them feel they are in good hands with us.
You assist with interviews, help prepare offers with us, and always maintain an open ear.
You help create the perfect match between candidate and company – or forward promising talent to the sales team.
Requirements
You don't need to be a professional – interest, motivation and enthusiasm for recruiting are more than enough.
