CRM Specialist managing day-to-day CRM operations for Aleph Alpha's go-to-market function. Responsible for configuration, data quality, and supporting business needs through technical requirements.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day configuration of our rapidly evolving CRM, including playing a role in implementing our new tools
Deep understanding of CRM features to support the solution design process
Track business opportunities, build revenue funnels, and distribute reporting
Maintain system data quality and enforce best practices
Work closely with GTM team leadership to translate business needs into technical requirements and to maintain a reliable configuration roadmap
Provide support on deal desk functions, coordinating internal approvals with legal and finance teams
Produce documentation for system changes, data models, and processes.
Requirements
Hands-on CRM admin experience and a deep understanding of the leading CRM tools on the market
Experience implementing and rolling out new business systems
A deep understanding of:
• Data management best practices and data architecture
• How to leverage automation to scale a business
Technical aptitude and comfort leading deployments, user testing, and QA; experience working within a DevOps cycle is a plus
Familiarity with APIs, integration concepts, and third-party integration tools
