Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making;
- Interpret financial trends and patterns, identifying risks and opportunities;
- Participate in the construction, monitoring, and review of the annual budget;
- Identify and analyze variances, proposing corrective actions and optimization opportunities;
- Prepare periodic financial reports with strategic insights;
- Develop clear, concise presentations for stakeholders;
- Create and refine financial models for projections and performance analysis;
- Ensure continuous improvement of existing models, increasing accuracy and efficiency;
- Collaborate with other departments beyond the finance team;
- Support leaders and teams with data-driven analyses and recommendations.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; postgraduate degree in Finance and/or Controllership preferred;
- Fluent in English;
- KPI management — defining, tracking, and analyzing financial and operational metrics to support strategic decisions;
- Solid FP&A experience and proficiency in financial statements (minimum 3 years);
- Strong budgeting knowledge (planning, data collection, consolidation, variance analysis, preparation of financial statements, close meetings, and presentations);
- Advanced financial modeling skills — building robust financial models for performance forecasting;
- Preparation of management reports;
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI;
- Proficiency in data analysis.
