About the role

• IT Engineer maintaining global Ivanti Neurons for MDM infrastructure. Supporting mobile devices and infrastructure projects in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and development of global Ivanti Neurons for MDM infrastructure.
• Selection and testing of new mobile hardware (e.g. iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and Android devices).
• Being a contact person for the most complex INFRA related iOS/iPadOS, macOS and Android support requests as a 3rd level IT Engineer.
• Supporting international Mobile Device projects.
• Supporting mobile devices in Intune.
• Maintenance and support of Beyond Trust Remote Management solution.
• Create/update knowledge base articles for 1st and 2nd level.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience maintaining mobile device infrastructure in enterprise environment.
• Strong English skill is a must as you will conduct your day-to-day work mostly in English (meetings, documentation etc.).
• German knowledge is an advantage, but not a deciding factor.
• Solid knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for MDM and/or Intune (or equivalent Mobile Device Management administrative tool).
• Basic understanding of PowerShell and Bash scripting languages.
• Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude.
• Can work in a multi-shift operation (Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 22:00 PM).
