Responsibilities
Support the transformation of Alcoa Commercial’s function by leading change management activities
Program managing key commercial initiatives
Coordinating executive-level communications
Developing impactful presentations for senior leadership (e.g., Growth Vision Conference, Growth Execution Conference, Board of Directors, CCO Dashboard)
Driving change management initiatives for key commercial programs (e.g., ComEx - Commercial Excellence, Salesforce, Digital Roadmap)
Managing internal Commercial communications channels (e.g., Pass it On, Portal, Town Halls)
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support transformation initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor of Business, Commerce, Engineering, Science, or related discipline
Master of Business Administration or related discipline is an advantage
Solid experience in commercial change management, communications, or related roles
Familiarity with structured change management methodologies
Solid experience in project or program management
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint development (comfortable presenting to senior and executive leadership)
Fully proficient in the English language, verbal and written
Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within commodity-based or industrial markets is an advantage
Preferred: Knowledge of the aluminum value chain, market dynamics, and pricing mechanisms
