Responsibilities
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
In our Retail Sales team, the average sales cycle is six months.
Work with companies ranging from 20 to 600 employees, with an average ARR of €150K.
Educate prospects, deliver compelling product demos, and onboard key stakeholders.
Contribute to our company’s growth by challenging and helping improve our products, processes, and strategy.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Interest in engaging with prospects in the retail segment.
Full professional proficiency in French (C2+) and an advanced level of English.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and account management skills.
Empathetic and passionate about understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring-revenue business models.
Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a small team.
Quickly adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact from day one.
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Lyon, Paris, Bordeaux, Nantes, or Strasbourg.
