Responsibilities
leading technical strategy as the Staff Solution Architect
reporting to the Director of Growth and Revenue Systems
closely working with the Director of Growth Engineering to design target architecture
Own the end-to-end technical design for core revenue platforms, specifically Salesforce and Marketo
Design the architecture for the revamped Growth tech platform, defining utilization of Hightouch and Databricks
Architect technical patterns for integrating in-house AI agents and third-party tools into the ecosystem
Lead technical assessment, architecture validation, and Proof of Concept for new tech vendors
Work closely across engineering, commercial, product, and data analytics teams
Requirements
At least 7 years’ experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or solution architecture roles.
Deep experience designing solutions within Salesforce and Marketo is highly preferred. Experience with other CRM/MAP platforms will be considered.
Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and SQL databases. Familiarity with modern data tools like Databricks and Reverse ETL (e.g., Hightouch) is advantageous.
A track record of providing architectural guidance across all phases of software development from initiation to deployment.
Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to deeply understand customer needs and navigate to successful solutions.

Knowledge of the payments domain / financial services will be advantageous.
