Responsibilities
Achieve the region’s sales and margin goals
Leadership of both the sales and field service teams
Develop strategic growth initiatives for both potential and existing customers
Ensure compliance with all Specialty, Medical and Food Gas Standard Operating Procedures and ISO requirements
Develop training tools to support Airgas’s safety, regulatory, continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Establish and lead growth of annual sales budget
Coach and manage bulk sales specialists
Develops strategic bulk gas marketing plans to drive increased sales and margin growth
Conducts regular review of team’s performance to goals
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years industrial gas or chemical manufacturing experience with 2 years of bulk experience
2+ years’ supervisory experience
Demonstrates full knowledge of bulk gas applications and equipment installations
Basic knowledge of Google applications, including Sheets
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
SAP knowledge and experience is a plus
Previous experience with microbulk gas highly preferred
