- Associate Solutions Engineer at Aircall, joining the Revenue team in Sydney. Delivering technical expertise and support to sales and customer teams.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers during the sales process
- Providing technical product expertise especially integration
- Setting up POC together with your clients providing technical expertise also in the pre-sales activities
- A product roadmap champion internally and externally with our Revenue teams
- Building internal documentation on how to build these workflows
- Contribute to the developer platform with materials, solutions, and services
Requirements
