Requirements
- Proven experience in operational excellence, process optimization, or similar roles (experience in AI and/or Data practices is a significant advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and operational tools for process optimization and workflow automation
- Experience working with AI and Data teams, including operationalizing data workflows, AI-driven projects, or optimizing cross-functional processes involving these practices
