About the role
- IT Systems & Solutions Architect driving business efficiency via architecture of corporate data flow. Engaging with various departments to ensure innovative and scalable operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintenance of the enterprise IT architecture
- Lead the implementation and optimization of core business solutions, particularly in the CRM and ERP areas (e.g., Dynamics 365, Veeva CRM, M-Files)
- Manage relationships with external implementation partners and software vendors
- Architect automated workflows that bridge departmental silos
- Act as business partner for finance, legal, commercial, and HR stakeholders
- Design frameworks to protect corporate data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Requirements
- University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications such as TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect, or Veeva Vault Platform Certification are a plus
- Proven ability to lead complex software rollouts and manage external Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Track record in developing and implementing integrated enterprise system landscapes (CRM, ERP, DMS) with a focus on automation and scalability
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, and modern document management systems
- Deep understanding of Azure cloud services, API management, Power Platform (Power BI/Power Automate), and SQL database design
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with and influence business stakeholders
