About the role
- Analista Fiscal I responsible for validating fiscal documents and ensuring compliance at AGIS. Engage in assessment and documentation processes while supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Validate and record tax documents.
- Monitor deadlines for the return of dispatch/shipment invoices.
- Verify the bookkeeping of all tax documents issued against the Company, and monitor the correct manifestation with SEFAZ.
- Forward invoices that present discrepancies to the responsible parties for resolution, and monitor their return.
- Provide support in analyzing and verifying data in the input and output tax ledgers (purchase and sales tax books).
- Provide internal and external support regarding reseller commission matters.
- Support matters related to tax withholding whenever necessary.
- Assist in generating, reviewing and forwarding reports related to the tax team's processes.
- Monitor tax legislation and stay informed about possible procedural changes.
- Collect information for the preparation and issuance of management and tax reports.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents, preparing and typing reports, letters and memoranda.
- Support the Help Desk.
- Support Billing regarding invoice rejections.
