Responsibilities
Selling service contracts to assigned accounts in Central-Italy
Managing a Sales Territory with full accountability
Maintaining and developing existing contracts and generating new business
Providing accurate business forecasts for your territory
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Collaborating closely with the local Field Service organization and other members of the Service Sales team
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field, or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in laboratory product sales, ideally within Agilent’s markets
Strong negotiation skills across all organizational levels, including occasional engagement with C-suite executives
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued asset
Perfect networking abilities to integrate customer priorities and influence key internal and external partners
Mother-tongue Italian, B2/C1 level in English is a must
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with leading CRM systems is an advantage
Valid driving license
