About the role

  • Sales Development Representative contributing to AGICAP's growth. Engaging customers and fostering cash flow management solutions for SMBs and Mid-Market companies.

Responsibilities

  • You engage directly with managing directors and finance professionals across a wide range of industries, learn to identify their challenges, and propose solutions.
  • You persuade and qualify prospects for product demonstrations with our account executives.
  • You play a key role at AGICAP as the first point of contact for cash flow and liquidity planning.
  • You will have the opportunity to generate leads in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Ops teams — creativity is encouraged!
  • You proactively track and report your performance weekly to your team lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field.
  • German: C2 level; English: C1 or above.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • You are motivated by measuring success with goals and KPIs to achieve top performance quickly.
  • You enjoy reaching out to people and have a motivating, persuasive personality that allows you to win over a diverse set of stakeholders.
