Responsibilities
Support the project analyst in organizing and monitoring the area's initiatives;
Contribute to the structuring, documentation and updating of workflows and processes;
Organize and update project materials, presentations and records;
Participate in initiatives to standardize and improve the area's processes;
Contribute to organizing controls and routine monitoring activities for the area;
Support data analysis and the identification of opportunities to improve processes;
Collaborate in facilitating communication between departments and stakeholders involved in projects;
Assist in organizing meetings, recording alignments and tracking action plans;
Support the preparation and organization of communications and support materials for the area.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial/Production Engineering, Human Resources or a related field
Availability to intern 30 hours per week
Organized, detail-oriented and good communication skills
Interest in process management, project work and continuous improvement
Basic knowledge of Excel and/or data organization tools
