- Detail each process step, analyzing its overall impact and identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Translate process steps into deliverable items and functional requirements for system development;
- Collaborate with technical leads and development teams to discuss solutions, strategies, and optimal approaches to achieve expected outcomes;
- Analyze and triage user requests, filtering and prioritizing those that need to be forwarded to the development team;
- Execute database queries using SQL for analysis, validation, and to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Degree in Production Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, and process mapping;
- Ability to represent business flows in a clear, visual, and structured manner;
- Systems thinking with an integrated view of processes and cross-area impacts;
- Technical knowledge of system development to enable effective communication with technical teams;
- Knowledge of SQL for performing queries and data analysis;
- Analytical skills and critical judgment for evaluating and prioritizing requests.
