About the role

  • BCBA overseeing treatment plans and mentoring RBT teams at Carelinks ABA. Providing child-led ABA services while collaborating with families in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Complete FBAs and skills assessments
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans
  • Review data and adjust programming as needed
  • Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach
  • Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
  • Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards
  • Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (*for full-time employment*)

Requirements

  • The desire to change lives!
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
  • Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions
  • ***Preferred:***
  • In-home ABA experience
  • Familiarity with naturalistic/NDBI approaches
  • Bilingual abilities
  • CentralReach experience
