About the role
- BCBA overseeing treatment plans and mentoring RBT teams at Carelinks ABA, providing individualized ABA services. Collaborating with families and maintaining organized, ethical practices.
Responsibilities
- Complete FBAs and skills assessments
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Review data and adjust programming as needed
- Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach
- Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
- Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards
- Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (*for full-time employment*)
Requirements

- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
- Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions
