Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting with confidential conflicts and compliance checks
  • Update and maintain records for candidates
  • Perform conflicts checks according to firm policies
  • Liaise with project teams for on-boarding laterals
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Knowledge of rules of professional conduct applicable to lawyers
  • Prior experience with legal case management and conflicts software
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering legislation (desirable)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • J.D. or paralegal certificate a plus
