Responsibilities
- Work on transformation challenges for major clients: banks, neobanks, fintechs, and merchants
- Develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies for new payment methods
- Act as Product Owner to define customer experience and product features
- Anticipate the evolution of payment habits
- Interpret draft European Directives and translate them into business impacts
- Manage projects and teams in a payments-related context
- Contribute to the firm's growth by producing expert content
- Provide domain expertise to build tailored commercial proposals
- Actively participate in R&D program initiatives in collaboration with our researchers
Requirements
- Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in Marketing, Economics, or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a consulting firm or within a company
- Ideally on transformation projects within Payments departments
- Rigorous and well-organized
- Strong commitment and appreciation for teamwork
- Ability to perform in demanding environments with autonomy and agility
- Fluent English
