- Proven experience in leading and delivering successful RPA projects using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Understanding of RPA concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding and using JIRA tool.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
