Responsibilities
- Optimize project resource assignment based on engagement model, skill alignment, cost, availability, and revenue potential
- Serve as the primary owner for resource requests, assignment confirmations, scheduling, and conflict resolution
- Partner closely with managers to understand consultant skill proficiency, industry experience, career objectives, and training needs
- Analyze key resourcing metrics and track resource utilization
- Facilitate weekly staffing meetings with delivery management
- Lead the end-to-end process for sourcing and onboarding contingent workers
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in professional services resource management required
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written); proficiency in a second language is a plus
- Strong influencing/negotiation abilities with leaders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience with project financials
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration tools)
- Demonstrated experience using integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to evolving business needs
- Proven ability to operate autonomously with a self-starter attitude
