About the role

  • Administrative Assistant supporting administrative and financial processes at Adistec, a tech distribution leader in Latin America. Interacting with invoice handling and PO analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support the subsidiary's administrative, financial, and billing management processes.
  • Assist with invoice receipt and billing release/authorization.
  • Analyze processes for issuing purchase orders (POs) and sending them to the manufacturer.

Requirements

  • University studies in progress (Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems
