Lead, manage and coach activities of the Retail Sales Managers and Unit Managers
Coordinate and develop the Retail Sales and Merchandising Organization for the market/team
Efficiently manage Retail Sales Managers and their teams
Positively impact sales within the region
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of consumer-packaged goods experience, including essential account management
Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and Administration experience required
Good office management and time management skills
Ability to exercise influence over people
Be able to prioritize multiple demands simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, including ability to conduct presentations
Proven analytical ability with strong attention to detail
Assertive, decisive, creative, team player and with proven sense of urgency
Negotiation skills and ability to delegate
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Valid driver’s license
