Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated media strategies (including Print, TV/CTV/ATV, Digital, OOH, Social Media)
Lead and manage external media and digital agencies, including contract negotiations
Plan and monitor all communication activities: analytical, performance-driven, and audience-focused
Advance and optimize brand websites (SEO, UX, Content) including reporting & analytics
Own and creatively execute the social media presence (including Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, SEA, etc.) with continuous conversion optimization
Work closely with Brand Management, Data Protection, Sales & Business Development
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in brand communication
Deep understanding of media planning, digital communication, and content marketing
Experience managing complex campaigns and leading agencies
Passion for brands and communication, with an interest in healthcare
Strong analytical skills, a hands-on mentality, and a strategic perspective
Very good German and English language skills (at least C1)
Willingness to travel (conferences, meetings, etc.) and enjoyment of teamwork in a respectful environment
