Responsibilities

Configure KlarPris according to each customer's needs, suppliers, and workflows

Act as the customer’s main point of contact before, during, and after setup
Document customer feedback and share insights with our Product team
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, software implementation or onboarding.
Background in or strong familiarity with the installation industry (e.g., electrical, plumbing, or HVAC sector).
Communicates confidently with both hands-on professionals and system administrators.
Structured, proactive, and thrives on creating order and delivering value.
Speaks and writes fluent Danish and comfortable communicating in English.
